BHarat : Attack of the clones

In 2022, I briefly stepped into the world of game design and VR environment creation — and honestly, it changed how I see creativity. There’s something incredibly powerful about building an entire world from scratch, shaping experiences, and watching something in your head become interactive and real. It’s probably one of the most creatively fulfilling things I’ve ever done.

About

Bharat was my first game, built in Unreal Engine 5. It was inspired by the iconic Malayalam movie Commissioner and the legendary character Bharatchandran IPS. This project was my way of blending storytelling with gameplay — taking a character I grew up watching and reimagining him inside a playable world. Below, you’ll find gameplay details and a download link.

Alongside this, I also explored the idea of building virtual spaces for real-world use. I conceptualized SAP Sphere — a metaverse environment where people within SAP could showcase their projects, deals, and ideas in a more immersive way. It didn’t directly lead to anything big for me, but I genuinely believe it sparked some thought and inspiration within the ecosystem.

For me, gaming isn’t just about playing — it’s about creating experiences people can step into. And I’m definitely not done exploring that space.

PADAYOTTAM

Padayotam (2022) is a concept-driven game project I created to explore immersive Indian open-world storytelling, inspired by iconic characters like Aadu Thoma (Spadikam) and Kottayam Kunjachan. Built using Unreal Engine, the project reflects my passion for crafting complete worlds from scratch—blending cinematic environments, character-driven narratives, and gameplay rooted in Indian culture. This fan-inspired prototype marks the beginning of a larger vision to develop authentic Indian RPG experiences.
